United States Sports Academy - "America's Sports University"

The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) is pleased to offer the option of credit in the form of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to coaches who have completed NFHS courses. The CEUs will be awarded by the United States Sports Academy.

As a CEU provider for NFHS, the Academy will award two CEUs upon successful completion.

CEUs are awarded based on the Carnegie Educational System at the successful conclusion of a continuing education course, seminar, or workshop. One CEU generally equates to ten clock hours of participation in a recognized continuing education program. CEUs are widely used in the sports and fitness industry by coaches, teachers, administrators, and other professionals to help determine salary increments, promotions, and maintenance of certifications.

Individuals who successfully complete NFHS courses have up to one year from the date of completion to apply for CEUs, provided they are members of NFHS.
